So after one of the most hectic weeks of my life I finally got to upload my photos from China (at least those relating to food) and remembered the night market I went to with new friends Trix, Vanni, Steve and Anne.

This is in the Yangshou area of Guilin city where there is a quaint little place called Foreigners Street or West Street (coz it's full of westerners?) but also fondly called Backpacker Central.

We got to try these dumplings that are made right before you. Also got to try some snails and other local delicacies.

The dumplings you see in this picture are served to you hot you might burn your tongue. It's as fresh as fresh can get and absolutely amazing.
