Demo on Chocolate Truffles

Chef Etienne Irazoqui, the chocolate expert, is back. He’ll be doing a demo on chocolate truffles this Saturday, 28th of July 2007 from 10-12noon. If interested, call Enderun 638-5555, look for Claire.
