Enderun, that uber posh cooking college in Ortigas, has a training restaurant called Restaurant 101 where the Enderun students get to practice what their teachers preach. Among the courses is Wine Appreciation. On Wednesday they are opening a learning session to the public where the school will introduce three wines and pair these with dishes cooked by the students themselves. For only P800 you get to sample the wines and the meals. Here's the e-invite. Let's! :-)
