The Philippine restaurant scene blooming and booming, I'd like to make an effort to get to know the players in the industry, old and new. I will attempt to profile chefs (and cooks) at least once a month, their training, their favorite foods, restaurants, other chefs they might admire. Should help us understand their ventures and maybe follow their successes (and failures?) through the years. Anyone in particular you'd like to get to know?

for me the no.1 chef right now in manila.. male is Ariel Manuel of Lolo Dads... female... Toss up between Jessie sincioco of Le souffle, Florabel Co of Florable, and the Lady Chef of Lemuria.. For cooks.. how about me, hehe?:)
