Move Over Mati



Molten chocolate cake using carabao milk. Jacqueline Laudico, you rock.

Sooo good. Loved it. Loved the ambiance. Loved the soup. Loved the appetizers. Loved the dessert.

The main courses were more tricky. Wasn't sold on the lamb. But liked the salmon and loved the adobo.

The adobo has foie gras on top of it and glutinous rice under. How cool is that?

I love that adobo in Laudico! I should go back again soon and try this cake. Gosh, I've decided anything with carabao's milk is good. What is it about that milk?

When it comes to molten choc. cake (aka lava cake), Mati is just Number 2 for me. Cena is still, by far, Number 1! :-P Gotta go to Bistro Laudico soon and try this...
