Elbert's Cheesesteak crew having fun on cam

Just bought a new Canon, an SD90 and having loads of fun with the video function. Had an Elbert's burger yesterday and filmed the crew while waiting in line. Apparently to make their popular cheesesteak is not as complicated as it looks. I guess the key is in the quality of the meat. At Elbert's they use "USDA choice grade beef". Different parts can be used, though. Emeril uses ribeye. Bobby Flay uses strip loin. Our favorite gal pal Rachael Ray uses flank steak. Whatever you decide to use, just chop it up, grill it as they do in this video, add some onions and cheese and voila, you're good to go... I think. Will try and let you know if it's really as easy as it looks!
